Services & Fees

• Domaines takes great pride in customer service and satisfaction. Therefore, we never take on more transactions than we can handle at any give time.
  
• Our consulting fees vary from case to case. They are based on the individual project. Each case is different and we will provide you with a detailed quote once we have determined what you are looking for.
  
• Generally, our fee consists of two parts, an initial research fee plus a final consulting fee. The initial research fee is due once you decide to work with us. This amount covers our first expenses and will be deducted from our final fee at the end of the sale. The first payment is non-refundable, since it takes care of the costs involved in the property research (travel expenses, inspections etc.) The final consulting fee is due when the purchase agreement has been signed.

   

• You can terminate your contract with DOMAINES at any time if your personal circumstances should change. In this case only the initial research fee would remain with DOMAINES.

   

• Since you and Domaines decide on the exact budget that you want to spend, we can give you all details prior to our contract – we will always stay within your budget – with all costs involved in the transaction (sales price of the property, our fees, legal expenses, inspections, travel costs etc.). Due to our local knowledge and contacts we are able to save you an incredible amount of time and money. In all of our transactions so far our clients were able to make up for the fees by buying properties at excellent prices – often way under market value due our expertise and contacts.
